We all live hectic lives with great demands placed on us so it is important to take a little time for you to still your mind and reconnect with yourself. Meditating daily is beneficial for both your health and well-being.
I hold a meditation circle on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 7.30 – 9.30pm for those interested in learning and developing their meditation skills, connect with like-minded people and relax in a safe and supportive environment.
